Girvan is a small town located in the county of South Ayrshire on the West coast of Scotland with a population of approx 8000 people. My name is Doug lambert,i was born in Sydney Australia but was raised in Girvan until the age of 19 years of age,since then ive lived in london,England. The idea behind this web site is to bring Girvan and South Ayrshire to my many on line friends around the world and also to do my part in promoing my home town to people around the globe.
